Before participating in the "Initial D THE ARCADE Official National Tournament : Road's Fastest Championship the 3rd", please read the Tournament Terms and Conditions.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Regarding Eligibility

・
Any violation of the rules of this tournament, the game rules of 『頭文字D THE ARCADE』, the rules in the following "Terms and Conditions" or any other illegal behavior may result in punishment and disqualification.
- ※Punishment includes deprivation of victory title, disqualification from finals, disqualification from this tournament entry, ban from this tournament or ban from all future competitions which related to this tournament.
- ※The punishment will be decided by the tournament office depending on the severity of the violation.
・There are no age restrictions for joining the competition. However, minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate.
・The competition is free to join. However, you will be responsible for covering the costs of your races during the competition.
・Players who Finals Eligibility through the regional tournaments or the online preliminaries may be eligible for having their transport expenses to the finals provided for. Details have not yet been finalized.
・Participants must comply with national and local alerts.
・Only the entrant themselves may participate in the event.
・Only individuals who reside in Japan may join Japanese regional competitions and the Japanese online preliminaries.
・Individuals who live outside of Japan who wish to join the finals must enter through the Overseas Online Preliminaries.
・and non-Japanese residents. Individuals who reside outside of Japan must have a passport and be capable of communicating in either English or Japanese.
・
If the in-game「Total number of penalties」reached ceratin amount, the player will not be able to join the competition.
- ※If the penalized player participates in the KING OF DRIVER regional qualifiers or online qualifiers, the leaderboard statistics will exclude his/her game data.
- ※Players cannot participate in「HASIRIYA Team Grand Prix」.
  If the number of penalties reaches a certain number during the member selection ~ event period, members will be forced to replace or be absent on the day of tournament.
- ※If the number of penalties reaches a certain number during confirmed the finalist ~ The finals started, the finalist will be disqualified from participating in the finals.
  If the above issue caused KING OF DRIVER finals' qualifying spot has vacant before the online qualifier results has been announced, qualifier spot will be supplemented from below.
  If this happened after the online qualifier results has been announced, it will be filled by adjusting the number of (standard) qualifiers on the actual day.
  If the qualifying spot for Touge Battle Royale finals has vacant, it will be filled by adjusting the number of (standard) qualifiers on the actual day.
・The number of penalties will be determined by tournament office.

Regarding Cancellation, Delays, or Changes to the Schedule

・The event may be subject to cancellation, delay, or changes in response to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.
・As regional competitions and the finals have not been finalized yet, there is the possibility that the event could be canceled, delayed, or subjected to changes.
・Should the event be canceled, delayed, or undergo changes, competitors who have qualified will not be compensated or reimbursed.

Regarding Registration

・Other players will not be allowed to stand in for a participant.
・Please refrain from selecting a driver name that contains vulgar language, discriminatory expressions, slanderous remarks, libelous content, or anything that infringes upon the rights of others.
・If a player is found to have multiple registrations for the event, their registration may be rendered invalid.
・When registering, please enter the name of the person who will be participating. If an entrant is caught using a substitute player, their registration will nullified.
・Please use Aime that you intend to use at the tournament.
・If a player transfers their Aime data or changes their driver name after registering for the tournament, their registration will be rendered invalid.
・If you plan to participate in multiple regional and final tournaments, please do not change your driver name during the tournament.
・Please make sure your driver display name is the same as how it should be read.
・At regional tournaments and finals, participants will be asked to verify their identity. If a participant is unable to prove their identity, they may be barred from participating in the event.
・Players who have qualified for the regional tournaments or finals may not sell or transfer their eligibility.
・Prizes for participants and winners will be sent to the access code of the Aime data you registered with.
・If a player transfers their Aime data or changes their driver name before the items are distributed, they will not be able to receive the items.

Regarding Personal Information Management

・The personal information you provide will be used for the purposes of the tournament, including live streams and events. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
・Players may be asked to provide an interview or a profile as part of their participation in regional tournaments or the finals. The information you submit will be used for the purposes of the tournament, including live streams, events, and the official website.
・The tournament will be streamed online. By entering the competition, you give consent to appear on the stream.
・Photos and videos will be taken of the tournaments to document the events, which may subsequently be shared on SEGA's official website or X account.
・Participants shall receive contact regarding to the tournament information, directly from the tournament office, SEGA Fave Co., Ltd., Shinobism Inc. and Tobu Top Tours Co., Ltd.

Registration

・Intentionally providing false information during registration.
・Making duplicate registrations to the same event to deliberately interfere with event operations.

Conduct at the Venue

・Smoking or eating and drinking outside of the designated area.
・Drinking alcohol in the venue or entering the venue while under the influence of alcohol.
・Harassment or other inappropriate language and behavior.
・Gambling or other similar activities.
・Indecent, immoral, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
・Other behavior deemed to be inappropriate by tournament officials or the venue's staff.

Conduct during Matches

・Pressuring the opponent to deliberately lose the match.
・Destroying the game cabinet, turning off the power, or other actions to intentionally disrupt the match.
・Shouting or making loud noises mid-race to disrupt the match (this applies to the audience as well).

Tournament Participation

・Being late to or absent from the match at the agreed start time.
・Disrupting the tournament's staff and the proceedings of the event.
・Failing to follow the instructions of the tournament officials.

Other

・These rules have been established to ensure fair play and that the tournament proceeds smoothly.
・The organizing team reserves the right to add or modify the rules in response to the prevailing circumstances at any given time, provided that they do not interfere with the progress of the preliminaries or compromise fairness towards the participants.
・Additionally, rules may be supplemented or modified following updates for each title, or as warranted by specific circumstances.
・If there are any changes to the rules, players will be promptly notified via the official site, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
・Should the tournament or any of its events be altered or canceled, players will be informed without delay through the official site, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
